Honestly, more often than not, it’s the one you’ll actually do. Too many people (I’ve been guilty of this as well) start a program, get through 2-4 weeks and either get bored, feel like they aren’t seeing any progress, or their friend says “you gotta try this,” so they look for something new. When it comes to exercise, consistency & frequency is the first key, then comes the decision of WHAT TO DO. I have found it very difficult to find good online programs that teaches you how to actually use your core, build true functional strength by challenging all three planes of motion, addressing deceleration & acceleration, change of direction, plyometrics, and a variety of conditioning protocols.
