Being at the top of your game on a regular basis requires your physical and mental state to be as optimal as possible. Not only are you always trying to improve, but also reduce injury, avoid overtraining & under-recovering are major factors in your development and performance. We understand that every sport has its own physical demands, and we take those into account with all of our program designs. For our competitive athletes, we offer programs that run three months at a time and are tailored to your current volume of practice.
Once you have completed your purchase and filled out the intake form, you will receive a personal welcome email from us explaining next steps forward. We will add you to our exclusive roster on Bridge Athletic where you’ll be able to set up your profile and receive your custom program. If you selected a package that includes a movement screen analysis, that will be the first item loaded to your Bridge account. If you selected a package that includes nutrition coaching and calls with your performance coach, your welcome email will outline how those will be scheduled.
